Alfredo Garcia 

Chief Executive Officer

Alfredo serves as the CEO of Garcia Communications. Growing up in Sacramento’s most isolated and economically depressed neighborhood, he saw an opportunity as a fourteen-year-old entering the Sacramento Employment and Training Agency’s summer youth job program for disadvantaged youths. 

He landed a summer job with the California Department of Education’s – Early Education Division. Alfredo’s duties included personally delivering letters to the Superintendent of Public Instruction. This left an indelible mark on an impressionable fourteen-year-old. 

His division manager saw potential in him and encouraged Alfredo to consider a career in public policy. Alfredo pursued and obtained a degree in Mass Communications, Rhetoric, and Dramatic Arts from the University of California at Berkeley.  

Upon graduation, Alfredo secured a California State Senate Internship and engaged with the complexities of the legislative process. Alfredo became the Legislative Director of a local business group and worked closely with Fair Political Practices Commission, overseeing the many aspects of various political campaigns. 

Garcia Communications will provide the most comprehensive political strategies and will produce media services that are relevant and effective.
